  Pharmacy staff is not polite. One time I called to fill a prescription, and not only were they rude on the phone, but told me they didn't have time to fill my rx and that i would have to call back later, because "she was only one person and very busy". I had to switch to Walgreens after several bad experiences. I also think a lot of their stuff is over priced and out of date. The store is dirty and never busy, yet the staff is never at the front counter when you are ready to check out. Awful store. I think they just need to shut it down.
